So I'll be leaving Sept 1, 2014 for my trip to Europe with my sister.

We will start our month-long journey in Italy; spending a few days each in Rome, Florence, and Venice.

From Venice we stop in Geneva, Switzerland to see the CERN facilities.

We will then travel on to Paris for a few days of typical Paris touristy stuff.

On to London and the rest of the United Kingdom and Ireland for about a week. Special stops in Cardiff to see Dr Who, Blarney Castle in Ireland to kiss the blarney stone, Belfast to see some of the Game of Thrones shooting locations, as well as a few days in Edinburgh Scotland.

After the UK, its on to Amsterdam for a day and a half. What happens in Amsterdam, stays in Amsterdam!

Next stop is Berlin, see the Berlin wall perhaps, and maybe stay at a hostel where the beds are made of VW beetles.

To finish the trip, we stop in Munich for two and a half days of Oktoberfest!!!

I will be bringing a tablet with my, but depending on how things are going, I may or may not update this blog frequently. I plan to take plenty of photos and I will be bringing a small notebook/journal, though I've never been great at maintaining one. Worst case, everything will get posted after we get back to the states, 1st of October.
