So we made it home just before midnight on the 1st of October, only 24 hours later than planned. Overall an excellent adventure, with very few hiccups along the way. Definitely exhausted still from the last few days coming home (there is an interesting story there, but will wait for later). Gonna work on downloading the 3000ish photos (not including any my sister took) and getting unpacked and clothes cleaned etc.

I don't go back to work till the 18th (apparently there was some miss-communication on my leave paperwork), so i'll spend this time unwinding. Over the next few days I will be posting selections of my photos to the galleries, as well as the posts that I had intended to make while travelling.
